APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to an unfortunate series of people not showing up for their appointments, we will no longer be able to take appointments without a deposit.
And just so there is no confusion: All tattoos will require a $50.00 non-refundable deposit.
The deposits will be carried over until your last appointment.
There is also a 48 hour cancellation policy. So if you do not cancel before that time, your deposit for that tattoo will be lost, and you will have to leave another deposit to book an appointment.
DO YOU DO PEIRCINGS?
No, at this time sorry we do not do piercings.
DO YOU TAKE CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS?
No. At this time we are CASH ONLY.
DO YOU SELL ALL THE AFTERCARE PRODUCTS I’LL NEED?
Yes, we do offer H2O aftercare products for sale.
HAS COVID-19 CHANGED YOUR POLICIES?
To maintain the health of our staff and our amazing clients we are initiating some new rules and procedures for our studio.
• All Clients will be REQUIRED to sanitize their hands when checking in. Please check in at our front desk.
• All clients will be REQUIRED to wear a mask or face covering during their tattoo.
• ONLY the person getting the tattoo will be allowed inside the booth. Please DO NOT bring guests!
• We will not be allowing anyone to wait in our lobby. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. We ask if you do arrive earlier to wait inside your vehicle or outside and only enter the studio 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
• All artists will be following the same strict guidelines that we always followed with the addition of wearing the proper PPE to protect themselves and you the client from any potential health related exposures.
